We at Vanilla Active are excited to announce our short-listing for the IPM COGS awards online category. The awards celebrate well thought out and well executed projects in the world of promotional marketing, and we are thrilled to be taking part this year with our entry – the Avery 2014 Reward Scheme.

For four years, Avery UK Limited has run an annual online reward scheme, which we have helped to plan, design and run, together with a fixed free agency. In 2014, we brought a new look to the scheme by building a ‘non standard’ interface using the trending parallax effect. The consumer could interact with the site and navigate easily, and the client was delighted to see ‘something different’ from a creative point of view.

The promotion brought in a high number of users and opt-ins, allowing Avery to market themselves to many more consumers than previously possible, and in the words of our client:

“The creative concept brought life to the brand and Avery were very excited about something ‘a little different.’ [Vanilla’s] ideas and pro-active approach was refreshing and it encouraged Avery to think outside the box. Technically [Vanilla] were on the ball and made sure no stone was unturned.”
